Meet Lauren Cadogan, LCSW, LICSW, LCSWC the founder of The Cadogan Project. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience, Lauren provides compassionate, client-centered care, in addition to serving as a qualified supervisor in both Florida and Texas. Lauren is currently licensed to practice in Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, Texas, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee.
Lauren’s work is grounded in the belief that healing happens within supportive and collaborative relationships. Lauren strives to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected as they navigate life’s challenges.
In addition to clinical work, Lauren is deeply passionate about community engagement and community outreach by expanding access to mental health support. Lauren is a firm believer that meaningful change happens not only in the therapy room, but also through connection, education, and advocacy within our communities.
Lauren specializes in working with individuals experiencing grief and loss, death and dying, trauma, anxiety and depression, relationship and family challenges, life transitions, stress management, and concerns related to self-esteem and self-worth.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures and experiences that reminds her of the resilience, strength, and beauty of the human spirit. Lauren brings this perspective into her work by honoring each person’s unique story and capacity for growth.
