Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a collaborative, one-on-one space where you can talk openly about what’s on your mind and in your heart. Together, we explore patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, uncover your personal strengths, and practice coping strategies that work for you. This process is designed to help you feel more grounded, build hope, and reconnect with yourself, all at your own pace.

Sessions are personalized to meet your needs and can offer support with challenges such as:

  • Grief and loss

  • Death and dying

  • Trauma

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Relationship and family challenges

  • Stress management

  • Life transitions

  • Self-esteem and self-love

*Therapy services available for residents in Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, Texas, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee.
